We chose to contract with Liz after meeting with several highly qualified realtors. We met with her multiple times over the course of the three months it took for us to make repairs and updates to the house. She filled in gaps and brought in specialists, such as repair people, painters, landscapers, a staging company, and others, to ensure that the house was in fantastic shape to go on the market. She also helped us price the house and bring it to market on schedule, in time for buyers to see it before the local spring break. People were interested immediately, and we got an above-asking-price offer within the first day of listing. We then closed the sale within two weeks.
