About Liz

Liz, who began her career as a residential real estate specialist in 1987, arrived in the Washington Metropolitan Area after graduating from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business and English. She is recognized as a “PLATINUM PRODUCER” and one of the “BEST AGENTS” in the Washington area by WASHINGTONIAN magazine. The magazine has also lauded her as "One of the 99 Agents You Want on Your Side," and she has been consistently named one of "AMERICA'S BEST AGENTS" by REAL TRENDS, in partnership with ZILLOW and TRULIA.
Ranked in the top 1% of agents in the nation, Liz’s focus on client service and her in-depth market knowledge have been paramount to her success. Her high ethical standards, adherence to sound real estate practices, and keen people skills are cited by her clients and colleagues as the driving force behind the high volume of referral and repeat business she generates.

Liz lives with her husband, Bob, in Chevy Chase, Maryland, where they raised their three children. In addition to her real estate profession, she has been extremely involved in the support of education and the arts. She has held leadership positions at her children’s schools, including NCRC, Beauvoir, St. Patrick’s, St. Albans, NCS and the Field School and has served on the Parents Council of the School of Engineering at Columbia University. She currently serves on the National Committee for the Performing Arts at the Kennedy Center, the Dean's Parent and Family Council of the University of Chicago, and is also involved with the Bishop Walker School, Collegiate Directions, and Fair Chance, among others.
Liz enjoys spending free time with family and friends, traveling, seeking new adventures, and hanging out with the family pups, BamBam and Otto.
Liz is licensed in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia.

Darcy Langdon

Sales Associate

A native Washingtonian, Darcy brings a thorough understanding of our region’s neighborhoods and nuances to her work at Washington Fine Properties. She uniquely combines her local knowledge with her business acumen and passion for real estate to ensure clients are always given the best service possible. Before her matriculation at Vanderbilt University, Darcy attended National Cathedral School and Episcopal High School.
Prior to joining Washington Fine Properties, Darcy worked in communications, marketing and production - first for international luxury goods companies, and later, for national corporate and nonprofit organizations. Her experience in client services, contract negotiation, and project management enabled a seamless transition into the world of real estate. Today, Darcy’s thoughtful attention to detail and commitment to excellence allow her to efficiently and effectively support and collaborate with her clients and colleagues.
Darcy was born and raised in Kent in northwest DC. After then living in Nashville and New York, she returned to Washington and her roots in Kent and later the Palisades where she lived for 18 years. She recently 'crossed the line' and now lives in the Brookmont area of Bethesda with her two children and enormous chocolate lab, Thor.
