"In the summer of 2021 Liz guided us successfully in selling our 80-year-old Chevy Chase house. She advised us on which aspects needed to be improved to the best possible condition, suggested replacements for a few out-of-style ceiling light fixtures, and in numerous other ways helped to make the house even more appealing to potential buyers. We ultimately decided the best approach was to use a staging professional while we moved out, employing the person long relied upon by Liz, who created an excellent design. Liz arranged subcontractors to make exact floor-plan measurements and attractive photographs, which she then incorporated with a good description of the home's features into the sales brochure and web page. She even had other agents view and assess the property to discern the optimal asking price. Two bids were received shortly after the open house, and Liz worked with us and negotiated with the other parties to decide on the best one. She then guided us through the final closing process. We chose to contract with Liz after meeting with several highly qualified realtors. We met with her multiple times over the course of the three months it took for us to make repairs and updates to the house. She filled in gaps and brought in specialists, such as repair people, painters, landscapers, a staging company, and others, to ensure that the house was in fantastic shape to go on the market. She also helped us price the house and bring it to market on schedule, in time for buyers to see it before the local spring break. People were interested immediately, and we got an above-asking-price offer within the first day of listing. We then closed the sale within two weeks. Despite the unfortunate circumstances that led to us having to sell the house, working with Liz was an enjoyable, smooth, rewarding process. We wholeheartedly recommend her."
